What happened in the Labour stronghold of Rotherham is a situation that cannot ever be repeated anywhere. In the style of the German Democratic Republic, ideology trumped morality, the course of justice and, well ... everything else. Hundreds of new cases continue to emerge. "It's still going on if not worse, because now they're having to hide it more".
