UPDATE: The latest theory floated by Dr. Krauthammer is that Obama and the Dems made plans on the basis of Hillary winning the elections. Arrogant and delusional as they are, they never made contingency plans. They are now trying to push us an entire 4 year program through the throat in the remaining 3 weeks that rest the Obama regime.
