The March for Life is an annual rally and march protesting both the practice and legality of abortion, held in Washington, D.C. on or around the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, a decision issued in 1973 by the United States Supreme Court legalizing abortion nationwide. This year the Justices are expected to reconsider their 1973 decision kicking abortion legislation back to the States.

Over half a million protesters are kicking off the 2022 March for Life from the National Mall to Capitol Hill. The march's stated mission is to end abortion by uniting, educating, and mobilizing pro-life people in the public square. The March is organized by the March for Life Education and Defense Fund.
