OMG! Love and Hatred, Where Does it Come From?

Surprised by the hatred, the projection and the venom? #FUBARRRrrr Don't be! *Huh?* It comes with the territory of amoralism: the denial of objective good and evil. Some say it's subjective, depending on the observer, others deny its existence altogether. This is what generates and fuels the hatred and self-loathing *no?!*

*Yesss!* Amoralists are incapable of introspection and self-assessment, because they cannot distinguish right from wrong. The basis of friendship and love are the virtues we recognize in another person's values and integrity. The amoralist, having no sense of honor *themos* (appreciation of self), is therefore incapable of affection *OMG!*

Hatred is basically a psychological phenomenon. It's caused by an act of projection. If you like to think of yourself as part of the human species that is uniquely capable of being good, as socially minded altruistic collectivists are wont to do - while in your heart you are rendered incapable of affection through amoralism or moral relativism - an act of projection is kicking in: as by a miracle the tables are turned and the opponent has become the one consumed by hatred and contempt.

Love is not an end in itself, nor is it an act of self sacrifice. It's a by product of morality. ;-p
