Turkish secret service MIT has been trafficking Jihadists and weapons across Turkish territory to ISIS. The evidence is overwhelming. Now a capured Jihadist says Turkey is training Islamic State terrorists in a camp disguised as a training ground for the Free Syrian Army.

UPDATE: Captured by the Kurdish People’s Protection Unit (YPG) fighters in Northern Syria in November, Abdurrahman Abdulhadi, a Syrian national-turned Daesh (Islamic State) fighter, says he was trained in Turkey before receiving his first assignment with Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL). The YPG maintains external security in the three Democratic Union Party (PYD) run areas, and is fighting Islamist groups, primarily Jabhat al-Nusra and IS. The PYD, an offshoot of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in Turkey, has effectively been ruling parts of Syria after government troops were forced to withdraw from the areas in 2012. The Turkish downing of the Russian fighter is blowing open Erdogan's protection and support of ISIS. Putin has revealed the oil deals with IS (tweet), but in Turkey itself Nationalists are demanding the Government's protection of rebel Turkmen in Syria. To defend his policies, Erdogan then had to come out, stating that "maybe arms were shipped to Turkmen in those trucks" implying how much they've been helping them.
Nevertheless, it looks like Turkey has made a serious strategic mistake when it attacked Russia.

Opposition MPs have obtained leaked documents that contain damning information on Turkish-ISIS cooperation. At present Erdogan has banned all press reporting on the Suruc and Ankara bombings. This information has come out of the Ankara bombing investigation. It transpires that "foreign" Jihadists arrived in Turkey and from there on traveled to Syria. What we've learned in last few days is that telephone conversations between the three suicide bombers of Suruc and Ankara were already in the hands of Turkish police before the bombings. In one of these conversations that took place before the Suruc bombing, a terrorist tells the other -- his brother -- that "maybe this would be the last telephone conversation between them as he would soon be accepting Allah's invitation"! The Erdogan regime isn't even hiding its affiliations with Islamists anymore. That is not surprising, because neither is Obama's

In a statement to Agence Franche-Presse, the United States Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs leading the Bureau of Energy Resources (ENR), Amos Hochstein, confirmed that ISIS is selling oil in Turkey. Russia and Iraq have backed up the claims against Turkey, alleging it is far more widespread than previously thought. “All along there’s always been the idea that Turkey was supporting ISIS in some way … Someone’s buying that oil that ISIS is selling, it’s going through somewhere, it looks to me like it’s probably going through Turkey, but the Turks haven’t acknowledged that,” former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Wesley Clark told CNN.

Introduction
Is Turkey collaborating with the Islamic State (ISIS)? Allegations range from military cooperation and weapons transfers to logistical support, financial assistance, and the provision of medical services. It is also alleged that Turkey turned a blind eye to ISIS attacks against Kobani. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu strongly deny complicity with ISIS. Erdogan visited the Council on Foreign Relations on September 22, 2014. He criticized "smear campaigns [and] attempts to distort perception about us." Erdogan decried, "A systematic attack on Turkey's international reputation, "complaining that "Turkey has been subject to very unjust and ill-intentioned news items from media organizations." Erdogan posited: "My request from our friends in the United States is to make your assessment about Turkey by basing your information on objective sources." Columbia University's Program on Peace-building and Rights assigned a team of researchers in the United States, Europe, and Turkey to examine Turkish and international media, assessing the credibility of allegations. This report draws on a variety of international sources -- The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Guardian, The Daily Mail, BBC, Sky News, as well as Turkish sources, CNN Turk, Hurriyet Daily News, Taraf, Cumhuriyet, and Radikal among others. Turkish Opposition Files For Probe in Arming ISIS
In the midst of political turmoil and elections looming (source), Turkey’s main opposition, the CHP, moves in swiftly, filing six separate petitions, two surrounding President Erdoğan and four former ministers on allegations surrounding corruption and weapons to Syria. Five of the petitions filed by the Republican People’s Party’s (CHP) Mersin deputy Fikri Sağlar concern allegations featured in the 2013 dated December 17th-25th corruption probe (...) The second petition appertaining to Erdoğan relates to a 2014 raid onto trucks belonging to the Turkish Intelligence Agency (MİT), which allegedly uncovered weapons on board. (...) Scroll down present live blog and the historical archive.
The case concerning the January 2014 raid onto MİT trucks allegedly carrying weapons to extremists in Syria have similarly caused public outcry and calls for transparency from the government. Once again the government reaction to investigation was to brandish terror charges against the prosecutors who stopped the vehicles, while issuing a gag order on distribution of footage from the scene. In late May, Cumhuriyet daily had posted a video of the truck search from the prosecutor’s case file. The video shows that upon initially opening the case of the truck, the authorities found a layer of cardboard boxes containing medicine. Beneath the boxes of medicine, however, is a staggering collection of ammunition. All in all, Cumhuriyet claims there were 1,000 mortars, 1,000 artillery shells, 50,000 assault rifle rounds and 30,000 heavy machine gun rounds in the truck. (Source)

Introduction
The Caliphate Conspiracy
Evidence of Turkey's arms trafficking to ISIS started with the testimony of Abu Muhammad al-Amriki, who perished Oct. 12, 2014 in the service of the Caliphate.
Abu Muhammad al-Amriki was under orders while fighting with Nusra to let arms from Turkey pass to the Free Syrian Army.
A very ugly story is taking shape. As long suspected, we are presented with a confidence trick, a false choice between radicals and moderates. It is reminiscent of what was on offer in the interbellum, when the world was presented with two forms of totalitarianism, and ended up having to fight both. The same is true today. There is no radical and moderate Islamism; whatever we do, we'll end up having to fight both. You can't negotiate or live with evil and expect clean hands.
As Abu Muhammad al-Amriki is explaining in the video above, Turkey - with assistance of Nusra, which is Al Qaeda in Syria - has been arming the Free Syrian Army (FSA, or Jamal Marouf as Al-Amriki calls them (Wiki)*. Al-Amriki was operating from a border town called Atma (Wiki); here an interactive map for easy handling. Global Post has the full story on Abu Muhammad al-Amriki, who he was and how he died. (Source)
As we revealed not long ago, the roots of (at least some of) the FSA is the Muslim Brotherhood**, the ideology of the former President of Egypt, Mohammed Mursi, the Palestinian terror organization that is running Gaza, and Erdogan of Turkey himself. The West is upholding the Muslim Brotherhood as the "peaceful, secular and democratic" alternative to radicals like Al Qaeda and Islamic State.
Erdogan, in the meantime on another chess board, is playing faithful NATO member and loyal ally to the West. Erdogan is saying one thing, while doing quite another.

This video is showing a Turkish train loaded with 49 tanks, allegedly a transport consigned to Islamic State in Tel Abyad, another contested Kurdish town. The transport was paid for by the Turkish government.

Here is some more circumstantial evidence about the game Turkey is playing. It is not at all beyond conjecture that Erdogan is using IS, Nusra and FSA (all or in part) as a vanguard for a reconstituted Caliphate of his own.

Notwithstanding the incompetence of this US administration, it is still a good question how come Susan Rice believes she has a deal, allowing the coalition to launch airstrikes against IS from bases in Turkey, which a day later is categorically denied by the Turks? The explanation of the administration is that "the Turks weren't ready to go public with the information". Maybe there's not much more to it than eagerness for good PR.
