Jitse Akse, Dutch volunteer with the Kurdish YPG has been arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of the unlawful killing of IS Jihadists in Syria, according to the Prosecution Service a criminal offense. The real war criminals however -- repatriated IS fighters -- are altogether treated differently by the State of the Netherlands.
UPDATE: The mistakes of the Dutch Government are twofold: it acts from a position of moral neutrality in a war in which one party is the enemy of liberal democracy and all the values we stand for. If the law doesn't reflect that reality, then the law is morally wrong. Hitler committed all his evil atrocities LEGALLY. In fact he made a point of doing so. What we have at work here is the result of liberal tyranny, the idea that secular law comes before personal morality. It does NOT. Those who are taking this position, have learnt nothing from the World War II. Secondly, by prosecuting Jitse who is fighting evil, but not at least 30 others who did, the Dutch Government is siding with the Islamic State i.e., with evil! They are collaborating with the enemy.

The New Year's Eve's sex mob attacks in Germany and elsewhere in Europe mark the grandiose collapse of the morally superior ruling elites. The fundamental, universal right of women to their personal integrity has been betrayed in favor of base, religiously inspired oppression we thought belonged to the past.
Welcome to Europe 2016 where political correctness trumps the rights of women not to be raped and abused. #BBC#c4news#Pegida#LeaveEU#EU
No2EU caught the problem succinctly and in it basic essence. Both the Left and the Right, united in the ruling elites have betrayed the fundamental rights of Western peoples. They have been betrayed by the Left, when they tore up the social contract with the middle classes, women and gays. They have been betrayed by the Right, when they abandoned the principle of Liberty: individual rights and freedom. There are a few explanations on offer for this moral dereliction. Two are psychological, another is political. But the ultimate cause is, that it's rooted in our own ideology. Mistakes that are woven into the fabric, become apparent only in the threadbare state of a philosophy that has outlived its moral usefulness.
After New Year's Eve's sex mob attacks in Cologne and a number of other European cities PEGIDA is protesting today in Cologne against the open borders policy of the Merkel Government. A counter demo is also planned. An enormous police force has been deployed.
Liberals are committing the error of codifying their particular morality in secular law. People with contrary moral convictions are facing criminal charges. The freedom of religion means the Government can't force you to act against your conscience. If we persist on this road, we end up in an oxymoron: a liberal tyranny.
McConnell speaks after the verdict. UPDATE: The Public Prosecution Service is facing growing calls to explain why it dragged Pastor James McConnell to court in a case estimated to have cost the public purse up to £50,000. The pastor walked free after a judge found him not guilty of two offences linked to an address delivered at his north Belfast church in May 2014.
He had described Islam as "heathen" and "Satanic" and "a doctrine spawned in Hell", and said he did not trust Muslims.
2016 is the year on which a lot is going to depend. The US Presidential elections may well bring a patriot to power who will restore the US as the leading nation of Enlightenment values. In Europe, the people of the United Kingdom will hopefully vote to leave the EU, spelling the end of the Internationalists' Utopian deception. Let's turn this existential suicide pact around....
Turkish secret service MIT has been trafficking Jihadists and weapons across Turkish territory to ISIS. The evidence is overwhelming. Now a capured Jihadist says Turkey is training Islamic State terrorists in a camp disguised as a training ground for the Free Syrian Army.
Turkey is training IS terrorists in a camp disguised as a training ground for the Free Syrian Army. UPDATE: Captured by the Kurdish People’s Protection Unit (YPG) fighters in Northern Syria in November, Abdurrahman Abdulhadi, a Syrian national-turned Daesh (Islamic State) fighter, says he was trained in Turkey before receiving his first assignment with Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL).
The YPG maintains external security in the three Democratic Union Party (PYD) run areas, and is fighting Islamist groups, primarily Jabhat al-Nusra and IS. The PYD, an offshoot of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in Turkey, has effectively been ruling parts of Syria after government troops were forced to withdraw from the areas in 2012. With special permission from the local Kurdish authorities, Russian journalists received first-hand testimony that Turkey is “a friend” of Islamic State. (Source)

The last couple of months we've seen professional analysts and commentators struggling with the question, what the hell is Obama's strategy with the Islamic State, or ISIL as he prefers it. Answers have been ranging from "there is no strategy" to outright incompetence. Here's an hypothesis that Obama favors Iran over the Sunni alliance.
Nov. 22, 2015 Rush Limbaugh talks to Chris Wallace on terror attack, refugee crisis.
UPDATE: It is intriguing that mainstream media has focused on violent terrorist acts of the Islamic State (IS or ISIS), a radical Sunni Islamist group, while they are deliberately avoiding raising awareness about other Islamist terrorist groups that are as brutal as ISIS, if not worse.
The other groups that I am referring to are primarily the Iranian-backed radical Islamist militias.
Brutal terrorist groups such as Kataib al-Imam Ali (KIA) are not any less violent than ISIS when it comes to the aggressive and horrific tactics they use against civilians. (...) Another militia group that is known locally for its violent attacks is Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq. It reportedly receives approximately $2 million a month from the Islamic Republic.
There exist more than 100 of these Islamist terrorist groups (...) One reason behind the liberal media outlets’ failure to shed light on non-ISIS terrorist groups is that they do not want to criticize Iran. These outlets are heavily influenced by the Obama administration's leniency toward the Islamic Republic. If President Obama views Iran as a constructive state actor, then the media put aside standards of professional journalism and follow in the footsteps of the President. (...) (Source)
For a long time EU Armed Forces have been a federalist wet dream. But to what purpose? NATO is the Western alliance's defense mechanism. The EU is exploiting the refugee crisis it helped create by pushing draconian plans for an occupying army that would have the power to take control of national borders without the consent of sovereign governments.
Dec 16, 2015 Uninvited EU border guard is another EU power grab - UKIP Leader Nigel Farage.
After rolling out the red carpet for potentially millions of migrants – most of whom are not Syrian – to enter Europe in search of welfare havens like Sweden and Germany – the EU has proven its total incompetence when it comes to dealing with border security.
However, instead of handing more power to national governments to address the crisis, the EU is set to eviscerate the sovereignty of member states further under a new proposal which would permit the deployment of up to 2,500 armed guards wearing EU uniforms, along with naval patrol vessels, helicopters and drones.
“The EU’s first paramilitary force would have the power to take control of a nation’s borders without the consent of sovereign governments,” reports the Times. According to Dimitris Avramopoulos, European Commissioner for migration, the idea represents “more Europe”.
The new agency would, “be able to step in to ensure action is taken on the ground even where … that member state considers there is no need for additional intervention,” according to a draft proposal.
Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski slammed the idea, labeling it “incompatible with democracy”.
“For it to be a structure independent from nation states is astounding … an undemocratic structure reporting to no one knows who,” said Waszczykowski.
“Every single time a European Union policy fails….the demand is more centralization and more Europe, said UKIP leader Nigel Farage in response to the plan. Diane James, MEP and UKIP Justice and Home Affairs spokesperson commented, “This is a full frontal attack on national sovereignty from the EU.
All pretence has now been discarded and the Commission will now openly act against a member state’s wishes and operate within its borders without permission. By acting contrary to the wishes of national parliaments the EU has displayed its desire for a federal state for all to see.”
The International Business Times reports that the plan “could lead to armed EU guards effectively “occupying” parts of member states’ territory” and the EU having a “right to intervene” even when a nation state explicitly tells it not to.
The new border force will be based in Warsaw, Poland and EU member states will have to contribute to the €322 million a year needed to fund it.
The new force will also, “be able to carry out surveillance operations alongside the European Fisheries Control Agency and European Maritime Safety Agency and can even be deployed to countries outside the EU.”
As Leo McKinstry highlights, the new proposal is in line with a quote that is seen at the entrance to the Visitors’ Centre of the European Parliament which reads, “National sovereignty is the root cause of the most crying evils of our times,” leading “to tragic disaster and barbarism.”
The person who said those words was none other than British diplomat Lord Lothian, a passionate advocate of appeasing Nazi Germany right up until the mid-1940’s.
