WIKILEAKS EMAILS LINK HILLARY TO GULEN

In the early hours of the evening of July 15 elements of the Turkish armed forces staged a failed coup against the Muslim Brotherhood regime of President Erdogan. In the meantime a diplomatic row with the US is brewing over the extradition of Erdogan's arch rival Gulen, exiled in the US. Turkey has closed Incirlik airbase, host to 1500 US personnel and a number of nukes.

UPDATE: Wikileaks has released the latest batch of Hillary emails that link her to the Foundation and Gulen activists who Erdogan says is implicated in the July coup.

US MOVING NUKES FROM TURKEY TO ROMANIA?

U.S. nuclear weapons are being moved out of Turkey as the country destabilises, and as relations between Ankara and Washington, D.C. deteriorate, according to sources speaking to the Euractiv website. Speaking on condition of anonymity, the sources decided to speak out after a Stimson Center report warned that American weapons stored at Turkey’s Incirlik Air Base could be captured by “terrorists or other hostile forces”. “It’s not easy to move 20+ nukes,” said one source, although the claims have not yet been independently verified. “Whether the US could have maintained control of the weapons in the event of a protracted civil conflict in Turkey is an unanswerable question,” said the Stimson Center report. “From a security point of view, it’s a roll of the dice to continue to have approximately 50 of America’s nuclear weapons stationed at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey,” co-author Laicie Heeley told AFP earlier this week. A second source told EurActiv that Washington-Ankara diplomatic relations had “deteriorated so much following the coup that Washington no longer trusted Ankara to host the weapons”. (...)

US NUKES IN TURKEY IN JEOPARDY

Just as Joe Biden was expressing his anxiety about Trump and the nuclear codes, revealing that he entrusts his codes to an agent, a number of nukes on Incirlik Air Base in Turkey are in jeopardy of being hijacked either by terrorists, Erdogan's Islamic regime or both. Word has it American military top brass has not been able to reach an agreement with the Erdogan regime on Incirlik. We are not even supposed the nukes are there. Numbers of 30 to 50 are floating around. Erdogan of course wants his arch rival Gulen extradited from exile in the US. Meantime:
A US think tank has called for the withdrawal of nuclear arms from Turkey’s Incirlik Air Base, saying the country is in disorder and is too close to the Syria conflict zone. The report prepared by the Stimson Center nonprofit think tank, titled ‘B61 Life Extension Program: Costs and Policy Considerations’, questions the safety of American nuclear weapons stored at Turkey’s Incirlik Air Base. The failed military coup in Turkey on July 15 resulted in the base’s commander being arrested over alleged participation in the agitation. Turkish authorities blocked the Incirlik base off completely, cutting the facility’s electric power and prohibiting any aircraft from flying in or out of the airfield. “From a security point of view, it’s a roll of the dice to continue to have approximately 50 of America’s nuclear weapons stationed at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey, just 70 miles from the Syrian border,” said report co-author Laicie Heeley. “These weapons have zero utility on the European battlefield and today are more of a liability than asset to our NATO allies,” said Heeley, a fellow with the Budgeting for Foreign Affairs and Defense program at the Stimson Center.

COMMUNICATION WITH INCIRLIK AIR BASE CUT OFF

Erdogan has developed the decease of all tyrants, full fledged paranoia. In order to unite his orcs behind him, he's conjured up yet another 'enemy within', NATO air base Incirlik which has now been completely cut off. You'd almost think Erdogan is trying to provoke a war. A senior US official is on his way.
Turkish citizens and police have ‘surrounded’ the Incirlik air base it operates with the United States — and where a large stockpile of NATO nuclear weapons is held — ahead of a visit by a senior US official tomorrow. Reports out of Turkey suggest all entrances to the air base have been blocked by heavy vehicles and police sent to secure its parameter. The unusual nigh-time move sparked rumours of a second coup attempt on Turkish social media, with concerned citizens rushing to the air base to join the blockade. (...)

Turkish Minister for European Affairs has since reportedly sought to reassure local media, stating the mission was just a “safety inspection”. (...) US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Joseph Dunford is due to fly in for an inspection of the air base later today. He is also expected to hold talks with the Turkish government in Ankara. Last week, General Dunford labelled Turkish claims that a retired US general was behind the coup as “absurd”. The Turkish Hurriyet news service reported Turkish authorities had responded to “intelligence reports” by ordering the move about 11pm Turkish time. It states ‘riot police’ and armed vehicles have ‘taken precautions’ around the base.

TURKEY NAMES OBAMA, TWO OTHER AMERICANS AS COUP PLOTTERS

The leader of the developing Neo Caliphate of Turkey is persisting in making the US the demon of the recent coup. It may no more than pressuring the US to extradite his arch rival Fethullah Gulen, whom he also accuses of plotting the coup. The air base Incirlik has been cut off from energy and is operating under its own generator. But is can't go on for long. Flying sorties, giving the Kurdish effort against ISIS air support have stopped in the middle of a decisive battle. Regarding the US having masterminded the coup, Yeni Safak, Erdogan’s mouthpiece newspaper claimed that retired US Army General John F. Campbell was “one of the top figures who organized and managed the soldiers behind the failed coup attempt in Turkey”. Yeni Safak reported that Campbell “also managed more than $2 billion in transactions via UBA Bank in Nigeria by using CIA links to distribute among the pro-coup military personnel in Turkey.” Then a second plotter was named by the regime., Henri J. Barkey, former CIA personnel and the current Director of the Middle East Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, known as the policy maker for U.S. authority, was the second top American figure who orchestrated the coup attempt in Turkey. According to Istanbul Police's Intelligence, Counter Terror, Cyber Crime and Criminal Units, Barkey was holding a meeting with 17 top figures, most of them foreign nationals, at a hotel on Istanbul's Princes Island on July 15, the day of the failed coup attempt in Turkey.

ERDOGAN: 'OBAMA IS PLOTTING TO KILL ME'

According to a Greek source, the Turkish journalist Abdullah Bozkurt citing an informant of the Islamic regime -- @fuatavni_f -- Erdogan wants to get out of NATO and withdraw Turkey's bid to join the EU. It's in retaliation for a conspiracy by Obama, who is plotting to kill Erdogan. Either he's gone insane or it's a message meant for domestic consumption. The same source says Erdogan will be calling a referendum to proclaim a "presidential democracy" (whatever that is) as a precursor to full blown sultanate. The re-establishment of the death penalty is required by Sharia law. (Source
Wikileaks has released part 1 of almost 300,000 internal emails of AK Party. The first fall out can be expected shortly. (LINK WIKILEAKS)

Here’s one outcome of the Turkish coup attempt that you can bet on: Washington lobbyists will be getting rich off it. The Podesta Group, a firm with close ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, registered in May to lobby for the “Alliance for Shared Values.” That comically named organization supports Fethullah Gulen, the Pennsylvania-based imam that the Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, blames, rightly or wrongly, for the coup. The extensive web of ties between Gulen, his supporters, and the Clintons has been amply documented (source) by Chuck Ross of the Daily Caller. Gulen allies gave money to the Hillary Clinton campaign and to the Clinton Global Initiative, as well as between $500,000 and $1 million to the Clinton Foundation. Gulen’s supporters have also been operating a charter school network, which “60 Minutes” and others allege may be designed to funnel U.S. taxpayer money back to his supporters in Turkey. Hillary Clinton has been out on the campaign trail calling for overturning the Supreme Court’s Citizen’s United decision to end what she calls “the stranglehold of wealthy special interests in Washington.” Meanwhile, her non-profit foundation is going around vacuuming up millions of dollars in donations from individuals and entities that have an interest in her policies. It’s an outrageously brazen and hypocritical act of crookedness even by Clinton standards. Getting less attention, but just as newsworthy, is that Erdogan’s government has also been spreading money around American politics. (More)

TURKEY FORMALLY REQUESTS EXTRADITION OF GULEN FROM US

The reaction of the globalist leaders to the tyranny and atrocities against opponents in Turkey is sheer moral cowardice. After preaching about human rights for decades, today politicians are not that keen anymore on protecting rights both in Turkey and in their own jurisdictions. Turks abroad are actively going after Kurds and followers of Gulen.  But apart of moral cowardice there may be other possibilities at play: Western leaders being scared to death of Erdogan's blackmail. What power do the Turks have at this point? They can open the refugee tsunami, they could give ISIS a free pass, they could exploit NATO secrets, or even sell nuke technology to terrorists or rogue states. The Turks for their part are still blocking access to NATO base Incirlik. They have now formally requested the extradition of Gulen from the US. Both the Turks and the eurocrats know how to play the Western sense of guilt like a violin. If the EU doesn't continue to integrate Turkey in the EU, the West is to blame if Erdogan re-introduces the death penalty, a measure Erdogan has threatened to take in order to cope with his opponents. Westerners today miss the awareness that they owe Turkey -- a country with whom we share no values -- nothing. And that the people of a nation are themselves responsible for the government of their own country. At 11PM LT Wikileaks is releasing part one of a dump of internal AK Party emails. Get the popcorn!

TURKEY GETS SLAP ON THE WRIST

At a meeting of the European Council the American Secretary of State, John Kerry joined Eurocrats in warning Turkey to adhere to the rule of law. Kerry says NATO will scrutinize Turkey, but did not warn that its NATO membership was in jeopardy. Kerry urges Turkey to maintain democratic principles after the coup. Purges, a fake coup, tearing up the secular Constitution and the freedom of the press, oppression of ethnic and religious minorities and a dirty war against the Kurds, none of it is reason to kick Turkey out of the NATO defense pact or even the EU, which pretends to be a "community of values". Who still doubted the moral bankruptcy of the globalist oligarchs, should know better by now. The world is falling apart, the pieces crashing down at their feet. But it is exactly what they themselves have created.

US-TURKEY TENSIONS RISING

Ankara official claims US involvement in the failed putsch, as Erdogan delivering a veiled threat to end anti-IS cooperation. A stung Obama administration fired back at its NATO ally. “Public insinuations or claims about any role by the United States in the failed coup attempt are utterly false and harmful to our bilateral relations,” US Secretary of State John Kerry told his Turkish counterpart, according to the State Department’s readout of their telephone call. The back-and-forth occurred against the backdrop of Turkey closing its airspace, effectively grounding US warplanes that had been targeting Islamic State forces in neighboring Syria and Iraq. In a televised speech Saturday, Erdogan said Turkey had never rejected a US extradition request for “terrorists.” Addressing Washington, he requested the handover of Gulen and said, “If we are strategic partners, then you should bring about our request.” Although he didn’t outline any threat, Erdogan’s emphasis on US-Turkish counter terrorism cooperation raised the prospect of a prolonged closure of the Incirlik air base in southern Turkey if he didn’t get his way. The Pentagon said it was trying to get permission to resume air operations from the base, while adjusting mission operations in the meantime. Suleyman Soylu, Turkey’s labor minister, went further than Erdogan, suggesting the US was behind the coup. In their second call in as many days, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told Kerry the government was in control of state institutions. Earlier, on a visit to Luxembourg, Kerry told reporters the US would entertain an extradition request for Gulen if the Turks provided evidence of wrongdoing. (More)

ERDOGAN WANTS GULEN EXTRADITED

Dutch reporter relays FAA Notice cancelling flights from Turkey.

A diplomatic spat is developing between Turkey and the US. Erdogan is pushing the narrative that his arch rival Gülen is behind the coup. Gülen is residing in Pennsylvania. The row is accelerating at light speed. Turkey is demanding that the US extradites Gülen for trial. The US has responded (which is supposedly not connected) by the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) cancelling all flights from Ankara and Istanbul as well as from third countries. The directive will only be reconsidered on August 15. Ostensibly it's a safety issue due to the political situation in Turkey. American officials are also not allowed to travel to Turkey. Turkey for its part has closed the Incirlik air base forcing the US to suspend all anti IS sorties from the base. According to the Daily Caller new ties have emerged between Clinton and Gulen. The Young Turks conspiracy theory at 15:00m. (More)

Meantime Anadolu News Agency said a top body overseeing judges and prosecutors has dismissed 2,745 judges across the country. (...) The report said the meeting was called to discuss disciplinary measures against members suspected of links to the movement led by the U.S.-based Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen. The government says the attempted coup was carried out by a clique within the military loyal to Gulen's movement. (More)

ERDOGAN EARNS NO RESPECT

Eight supporters of the coup in Turkey flew into Greece this morning on a Turkish army helicopter. They are military officers up to the level of major, according to Greek officials. They applied for political asylum. Perhaps we will learn from them what truly happened last night in Turkey. Here's what we figure on the basis of the information so far. (More)

It transpired that elements of the armed forces staged a coup. They may have been encouraged to do so my Erdogan agents. On the basis of fundamental mistakes we can tell hese were not professional putchists or high ranking top brass. They have long have been replaced by Erdogan operatives.

Many of the lower rank military were told the coup was an exercise. This is what we witnessed on the bridges and on the roads. These young soldiers were completely overrun and seemed bewildered when their tanks were swarmed by furious citizens, who had responded to Erdogan's call via CNN Turk to take to the streets.

Yes, the coup was a fake and it was staged by Erdogan to give him an excuse to tighten his grip on the country. But it can't have been entirely a hoax, as Greek military were aware of developments in the Turkish armed forces since the day prior to the coup. It is also unlikely the plans could have remained a secret given modern Sigint and big data.

At no time did a coup leader make a declaration on state TV despite being in control of the state media. CNN Turk was left operational. The Internet was working most of the time. There was no manifesto. This doesn't fit past coup patterns. Historically successful coups in Turkey are massive undertakings within the chain-of-command. The media -- all of them -- are taken over immediately.

Today the media controlled by Erdogan all blame Erdogan's arch rival Gülen for the coup. He's a convenient scapegoat, because Erdogan can't very well acknowledge that serious swaths of the nation are against his rule.

As for the West, political leaders are calling for respect for the democratic rights of a tyrant who is crushing the country's secular Constitution, the freedom of the press and who is waging a dirty war against his own people. The man who finds Hitler's Germany "effective government" is supported by Barack Obama, the EU @TimmermansEU @FedericaMog and every other Western leader.

And some people are asking themselves, however did World War 2 come to pass? How did a monster like Adolf Hitler come to power? Germans weren't all bad! Well.. Even unexpected people suddenly are displaying a moral conscience, indicating that Erdogan and his regime are not something to respect or celebrate.

That Western leaders have lost their moral compass in such a bad way says a lot about the state of public affairs today.
