Art: George W. Bush's Unromantic Realism


A hack of several e-mail accounts belonging to the Bush clan has revealed photo's and  correspondence of a personal nature. The material was uploaded yesterday to an online account for the purpose of hosting the stuff. Read all about it on The Smoking Gun. The hacker also intercepted photos that George W. Bush e-mailed two months ago to his sister showing paintings that he was working on.

Metamodernism is a movement emanating from the Radboud University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands, and is emerging from and as a reaction to pOmo. The term Metamodernism was introduced as an intervention in the post-Postmodernism debate in 2010 by cultural theorists, Timotheus Vermeulen and Robin van den Akker.
