President Trump honored his election promise to abandon the Paris Climate Agreement. The dogmatic claim that "the science is settled" proves that this isn't science (which is by definition never settled), but about ideology. After the demise of Socialism, climatism is cover for the global elites to exert control over money and the economy.

UPDATE: In his TV show on Fox News, Mark Levin last night talked to Patrick J. Michaels, the Director of the Center for the Study of Science at the Cato Institute. Michaels is a past president of the American Association of State Climatologists and was program chair for the Committee on Applied Climatology of the American Meteorological Society. He was a research professor of Environmental Sciences at University of Virginia for 30 years. Michaels was a contributing author and is a reviewer of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007. His writing has been published in the major scientific journals, including Climate Research, Climatic Change, Geophysical Research Letters, Journal of Climate, Nature, and Science, as well as in popular serials worldwide. He is the author or editor of six books on climate and its impact, and he was an author of the climate “paper of the year” awarded by the Association of American Geographers in 2004. He has appeared on most of the worldwide major media. (Cato)

The Right could support some form of "environmentalism", but from a different principle as the Left does. In the Left's perception, the "rights" of dead material is elevated above the rights of human beings. Which makes it basically anti human. The philosophic fundament of Right-wing protection of the environment on the other hand is rooted in the rights of man. The Capitalist Party iterates the principle:

Yesterday President Trump declared he will take the USA out of the Paris Climate deal as per his campaign promise. Immediate hysteria resulted. The interests of the people or the nation are inconsequential. It's not even about the environment or the climate. It is about the fact that a leader whose authority they do not recognize, dared cross them. "Defiance" is the operative word. This is about the global collective demanding submission to the dogma. That is what upsets the global cult. Let's see what climatism (or environmentalism in general) represents: it's almost as good as control over the air we breath. It's everywhere and no one can live without. The one controlling it, has almost godlike powers. But no mistake about its nihilism: dead matter has more rights than human beings. This is a fledgling, totalitarian tyranny in its purest form. Communism and Nazism claimed a morel cover. But this is authoritarianism in its purest form: because we say so! Here are a few ripe triggers.

The green industry runs on tax payer money. Angela Merkel has already concluded she can no longer rely on the US to implement the globalist program. Darned right! President Trump serves the American people, not the global corporate and ruling elites. The EU is now looking at China to strengthen their grip. The Chicoms have no compunction at all with top down central planning or the "deal" as such: while European tax payers and producers are on the hook for billions into eternity, China doesn't have to do anything until at last 2030. The assault on the people of Europe continues. President Trump ran as the candidate of the people.

(ANALYSIS) LEFT AND RIGHT-WING "ENVIRONMENTALISM"

We support a clean environment as a means to the end of flourishing human life—not as an end in itself. Human beings—not swamps, wastelands, caribou, rats, or mosquitoes—hold supreme moral value. We hold that what is morally right and proper is for human beings to develop and cultivate the earth's resources in service of human life. The human environment is kept clean and safe primarily by advances in science, technology, and industrialization.
